More than 800 people gathered at a memorial ceremony for Cellulant to mourn the six employees killed in last week’s terror attack.

The six senior employees were given a public farewell at Nairobi's CITAM church, Valley Road campus, on Tuesday with family and friends in attendance.

Ashford Kuria, Kelvin Gitonga, Denis Mwaniki, Wilfred Kareithi, Jeremiah Mbaria and John Ndiritu all worked the financial technology firm.

Cellulant CEO Ken Njoroge eulogised the six as dedicated staff who worked hard in their respective departments.
