Moi University graduates will get a chance to work in fields of entrepreneurship, real estate, HR, investments, economics, marketing, quantity survey, ICT and legal.
The programme, Cytonn says, exposes graduates to challenging career options, with an emphasis on leadership and problem solving skills.
Moi University acting vice- chancellor Laban Ayiro said the training would increase chances of employing the graduates.
Moi University has signed a deal with Cytonn Investment to mentor and train its graduates.
The graduates will get a chance to work in fields of entrepreneurship, real estate, HR, investments, economics, marketing, quantity survey, ICT and legal.
“The selected students will undergo 12-week intense training that exposes them to the office environment and culture,” said Patricia Wanjama, Cytonn Investment company secretary during the signing of the MOU at Moi University.
The programme exposes graduates to challenging career options, with an emphasis on leadership and problem solving skills, she said.
“In Cytonn’s pursuit of being a leading investments manager in Africa, it would greatly benefit by getting the leaders to drive the mission from the institution through the MoU,” added Ms Wanjama.
