Corporate hack with leader’s soul

In a few weeks’ time, Peter Ndegwa will be settling into his new role as head honcho of Guinness in Nigeria. Prior to this, he was the MD of the leading beverage business in Ghana, Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited - GGBL - since December of 2011, a Sh17 billion business in net sales with 700 employees.

Peter has been in Diageo since 2004 when he joined as strategy director of East Africa Breweries (EABL), Diageo subsidiary in East Africa.
