The Joint Select Committee of the Parliament Monday rejected a corruption report on Independent Electoral Boundaries Commission (IEBC) led by Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission Chairman Philip Kinisu saying it lacked specific information on mentioned commissioners.
The MPs accused the EACC officials including Chairman Philip Kinisu who was in attendance of making unsubstantiated allegations against individuals without justification.
This was the second time the report was being rejected, after the officials were told to do a better job last Thursday.
After a long argument, the MPs unanimously agreed that the EACC presentation was shoddy.
