The High Court has lifted an order that had allowed the Music Copyright Society of Kenya (MCSK) to collect royalties on behalf of its members and issue copyright licences.
In a major setback for the MCSK, Justice Josephine Mong’are further dismissed a petition by the organisation saying the matter was filed before the wrong forum.
