Equity Group injected an additional Sh2.58 billion capital into its Tanzanian subsidiary during the financial year ended December 2025, continuing its reinforcement of regional units’ balance sheets.
The lender says the capital injection in Equity Bank Tanzania, where it already holds 100 percent stake, was made in June 2025.
