A former manager at KPMG Advisory Services Limited has moved to the Employment and Labour Relations Court, accusing the firm of discriminating against her based on pregnancy and forcing her out of employment.

The woman, identified in court papers as FMI to protect her privacy, is seeking more than Sh45.8 million in damages and compensation, arguing that she was subjected to unequal treatment, denied employment information, unfairly assessed at work and ultimately compelled to resign while on maternity leave.
