“Kenyans in the diaspora send a lot of money to associates and loved ones back home and are always on the lookout for a secure means to make these remittances. We are giving them an opportunity for real-time funds transfer from wherever they are directly into any HF account,” Robert Kibaara, HF Group CEO said Thursday.
HF is making a late entry into the digital space as the mortgage lender shifts towards retail banking and wants to leverage digital banking to increase its service offering to its customers at low costs.
It recently launched HF Whizz a digital banking platform to enhance customer experience, provide comprehensive business functionality and drive profitability.
