KRA seeks to impound two luxury armoured vehicles

The Kenya Revenue Authority is engaged in a tussle with an investment firm over two armoured vehicles it wants to impound despite the company insisting that it has paid all taxes due.

Java Investment Limited, a major shareholder of an NSE-listed company, has filed a suit against the taxman in the Judicial Review division of the High Court seeking to stop the intended impounding of the two vehicles.
