The Employment and Labour Relations Court has ordered Mediheal Group of Hospitals to pay 63 Indian expatriates a combined sum of Sh422 million in the form of salary arrears and general damages for unfair termination.
The company had employed the expatriates as medical professionals working for its various subsidiaries in roles such as diagnostics, dialysis and fertility centres in Kenya and Rwanda.
