Four landlords in Meru town, who were seeking to recover more than Sh52 million from Tusker Mattress Limited, owner of the collapsed Tuskys supermarkets, have suffered a setback after the High Court struck out their case.
The court dismissed the landlords’ claim seeking eviction, forfeiture of the lease and recovery of rent arrears and utilities tied to a commercial property in Meru town.
