The Universities Academic Staff Union (Uasu), University of Nairobi Chapter has demanded the removal of the chair of university council, Prof Amukowa Anangwe, whom they accuse of mismanaging the institution.
The union has given a seven-day notice, threatening to call for strike if Prof Anangwe is not removed from the position.
