The Industrial and Commercial Development Corporation has invested Sh420 million in a start-up which converts plastic trash into cash in the form of usable forms of energy.
The State-backed financier has taken equity in Alternative Energy Systems Ltd, cash that has been used to construct buildings and buy and install machinery and equipment.
