In Nairobi’s premium healthcare scene, plastic surgery is quietly shifting from a luxury reserved for the wealthy jet-set to an emerging business with its own local market dynamics.
At the centre of this transition is a young surgeon who, barely two years after completing his specialist training, staked Sh10 million to establish a private practice last year.
