Commercial buildings owners in Nairobi must bear additional cost to install modern equipment and features to deal with emerging security threats, experts have said. 

Warrior Security, a risk solutions company, in a recent survey of Nairobi’s security preparedness found that most building contractors and owners have yet to come to grips with the high level of risk associated with terrorism in the city, putting human life and billions of shillings in investments in danger.
