Lodwar Airport upgrade seen boosting services

The quality of services at the newly constructed Lodwar Airport terminal is expected to improve as passenger numbers and cargo volumes to the oil-rich northern region rise.

The new facility, formerly Lodwar airstrip is part of rehabilitation works that has seen the KAA incorporate departure and arrivals lounges, enhanced security screening and an administration block. It is designed to accommodate 80 passengers.
