The High Court has ordered DynamicNAV Systems to pay Nisa Holdings Sh95.4 million after finding that the technology firm breached a consultancy agreement that helped it secure a lucrative Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC) security project.
The court ruled that the 2020 consultancy fee agreement between the two firms was valid and enforceable, dismissing DynamicNAV’s attempt to reclassify it as a non-disclosure agreement.
