The State has 90 days within which to set up a communication centre where citizens can access information on government services free of charge from the comfort of their homes.
The National Assembly’s ICT committee wants implementation of the National Government Contact Centre fast-tracked to enable citizens’ access to information on government services through interactive voice response, email, SMS and social media at no cost.
