Kenya is inching closer to attaining the required bed capacity to make it a world class destination as international hotel chains and local investors close in on existing occupancy demands in hotels.
Last year alone saw more activity in the hospitality sector as more than five internationally- acclaimed institutions signed deals with property developers to manage facilities on their behalf in what is becoming a global trend.
