Former Principal Secretary (PS) for Public Service and Youth Affairs Lilian Mbogo-Omollo has finally won a legal battle that began more than eight years ago, when she found herself at the centre of one of Kenya’s biggest corruption scandals.
On a cold August morning in 2018, Ms Omollo was whisked into court alongside senior government officials and business-people accused in the second National Youth Service (NYS) scandal.
