Traders raise concerns over Sh94m market

Traders have raised concerns over the delayed opening of the Sh94 million Ugunja Market in Siaya County.

The market was built under the 2010 Economic Stimulus Project (ESP), but it is yet to be opened, leaving traders to operate in congested alleys.
Ugunja Traders Association chairman Alex Amimo said the county government should open the market.
