Two avocado farmers in Murang'a County have filed a case at the High Court seeking to have the government export ban on avocados lifted.
Mr Fredrick Munyua and James Mwangi argue that the ban has caused small scale farmers immeasurable loss since they had already harvested the fruits.
Preliminary hearing is scheduled on Tuesday at the Murang'a High Court.
