Fish farmers in Nyeri have been left stranded after an investor who had promised them a market and sold them input worth thousands in Israel went underground.
Speaking to the Agriculture executive Robert Thuo while presenting their petition, the farmers said they were shortchanged by a man who posed as an expert after paying some money.
