The whole world has seemingly woken up to the full potential of the African continent. But one would argue, Africa has embraced its true potential and is more aware of the world dynamics and what role we play.
There is constant praise of Africa’s potential, but it remains hinged on something. It is like how we praise women for being strong but in mind what we mean is their endurance for bad things and/or pain. That is not praise, that is not strength.
