Thika-based fruit company Del Monte has gone back to court seeking an extension of orders barring residents from invading its expansive farm in Kiambu and Murang’a counties.
In an application filed under certificate of urgency, the company said it obtained orders barring Kandara Residents Association and Cannaries Environ Residents Association from invading its nine parcels of land, straddling the two counties.
