KQ signs deal to sell tickets via Pesalink

Kenya Airways (KQ) #ticker:KQ has signed a deal with Pesalink in a move that will provide a variety of mobile and bank payment options to its customers paying for bookings online.

The payment solution will be powered by Cellulant, a multinational company that provides digital payment solutions in 10 African countries.

The KQ offering of Pesalink will see customers enjoy low transactional fee when making ticket payments on Kenya Airways website and mobile app for amounts up to Sh999,999.

“We continue to partner with the different fintech companies across the world which will help Kenya Airways improve the online payment experience and increase confidence to its customers while paying for their tickets at Kenya Airways website and mobile app,” said KQ’s Chief Commercial Officer Vincent Coste.

Cellulant said it is “proud to power payments for Kenya Airways”.
