The firm is Kenya Airways (KQ’s) official caterer and also holds a franchise licence for US-based fast food chain Burger King.
NAS Airport Services is set to renew a catering services agreement for the Madaraka Express following its expiry.
The contract was first signed last year between the firm, Kenya Railways Corporation (KRC) and China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) after the launch of the Nairobi-Mombasa train service.
The deal has created 65 new jobs.

“As the only airline catering company established in Kenya, NAS Airport Services Ltd positively answered the Kenya Railway request to set up a food and beverage offer and to shoulder the Kenya’s Madaraka Express kick-off,” said Boris Eloy, Vice President, Marketing, Innovation
“Initially, the service was intended to cover the first operations but since a very positive feedback from the customers, NAS is working on a new agreement with Kenya Railway and our partner China Road and Bridge Corporation to build up a revamped offer,” said Eloy.
