The Somali government has given Kenya five conditions ahead of lifting blockade of Miraa imports.
Nyambene Miraa Traders Association (Nyamita) reckon that talks to end the Miraa stalemate has hit a snag and Somali has issued demands that must be addressed by Kenya.
