The African Development Bank (AfDB) will finance a five-storeyed regional medical school and hospital for kidney-related ailments in Nairobi at Sh2.2 billion.
The facility, designed by Italy’s Politecnica Ingegneria Architettura, will host a hospital and a university wing comprising 25 wards, laboratories, surgical theatres, high dependency units, consultation rooms and vehicle parking yards.
