Investigations into suspicious contract payments for yet-to-be constructed dams has been extended to cover other water projects across the country.
The Director of Public Prosecutions, Noordin Haji, told Parliament that the investigations into the multi-billion shilling mega projects had also been escalated to foreign countries.
