Ex-Britam executives accuse fund manager of witch-hunt for founding Cytonn

Executives of Cytonn Investments have claimed in a new court petition that their former employer, Britam, has been harassing them for founding a competing firm — introducing a new twist to a protracted court battle that is now set to enter its second year.

Cytonn chief executive Edwin Dande, chief investment officer Elizabeth Nkukuu and head of legal Patricia Wanjama claim that criminal complaints Britam has filed against them are attempts to paint them as fraudsters.
