Nairobi-based investment bank Genghis Capital Limited has failed in its bid to stop an auctioneer from seizing its office equipment for sale to recover a Sh355 million debt owed to a South African businessman.

High Court judge Aleem Visram declined to certify the application by the stockbroker as urgent, saying the court did not find it appropriate to certify it as such.
