A judge has declined to disqualify himself from hearing a dispute involving the ouster of Nairobi Hospital chairman.
High Court Judge Nixon Sifuna dismissed the application by the ousted chairman, Dr Barcley Onyambu, saying he found the application to be either a scheme for forum-shopping, or a tactic to bully, intimidate, frustrate and blackmail him into abandoning his judicial duty.
