Kenya added 724,753 new 5G users last year, accelerating the shift to high-speed mobile internet and enabling more households and businesses to rely on seamless streaming, real-time services and data-heavy applications.
New official data shows that Kenya’s subscriber base on the super-fast network expanded 71.7 percent to hit 1.74 million users, underlining rapid uptake of the next-generation mobile grid across the country.
