High Court stops EACC officials call for Kinisu resignation
The High Court has stopped Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission officials from issuing statements involving current investigations against Chairman Philip Kinisu.
Justice Edward Muriithi has issued a temporary order against Halakhe Waqo, Michael Mubea, Sophia Lepuchirit, Dabar Maalim, Paul Gachoka and Rose Macharia.
The EACC officials had demanded Mr Kinusu 's resignation owing to the ongoing investigations against him on the involvement of his company with the National Youth Service Scam.
