Former Lugari MP Cyrus Jirongo has sued City Hall for non-payment of Sh250 million following a land deal that is the subject of a multi-million shilling debt pact between the politician and Cotu boss Francis Atwoli.
Mr Jirongo, formerly wealthy politician who has had financial challenges in the recent past, says Nairobi County has refused to settle the debt despite him visiting City Hall more than 50 times.
