Interest rates on Kenyan Eurobonds which trade in international markets have risen slightly, showing a negative response from investors despite Moody’s ratings outlook upgrade on Saturday.
Moody's revised the country's outlook to positive from negative on the back of what it said were expectations of reduced risks of debt burden and liquidity.
