Maryanne Kitany’s fight for multi-million properties with Mithika Linturi is now uncertain after a Nairobi court dismissed a divorce case she filed in 2019.
A Milimani court dismissed the case on Tuesday saying that Ms Kitany, who is also the Aldai MP, failed to prove that they were legally married.
