Parliament has summoned the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) over a tender for the supply of excise stamps following reports that a Swiss multinational security printer, Sicpa, has been slapped with a Sh12.5 billion fine for bribing foreign public officials in the conduct of business.
The National Assembly’s Finance and Planning committee will this week grill the KRA management over a new multi-billion shillings tender that Sicpa Security Solutions (SICPA) SA, is seeking to retain.
