Private chefs are turning down cooking jobs over this festive season, owing to high demand. Some chefs say families had booked them from last Christmas to whip up mouthwatering meals, similar to what you would find in high restaurants.
A baked turkey. Lemons squeezed over a pile of fish in the oven. Rows of beef steak. Think eight hours of slow-cooked meats. These mouthwatering meals are being prepared in home kitchens, some in the cities or some in villages where the wealthy have built residences.
