New investors give Kitale a deserved facelift

Kitale is a town that for many years remained static. It was like time stood still for this small farming town that was once a favourite of colonial farmers.

Dotted with several storeyed buildings, a sprinkling of grocery shops, and a few bank branches, the town managed to retain a pre-Independence look and feel with any development appearing doomed to forever remain on the back burner.
