Boinett sworn in as Inspector General of Police

Mr Joseph Kipchirchir Boinett was on Wednesday morning sworn in as Inspector General of Police. The swearing in ceremony was conducted by Chief Justice Willy Mutunga at the Supreme Court.

Mr Boinett, who was vetted by Parliament, will now take over office at Jogoo House where he will be operating from.
