Kenya Railways Corporation (KRC) has forged ahead with plans for its Sh28 billion dream railway city project, centring on the redevelopment of the Nairobi Central Railway Station and its surrounding area, as part of a strategy to improve mobility.
The State agency is receiving bids for the final designs of the 13-acre Nairobi Railway City infrastructure project, which will be the focal point of the capital’s new multimodal urban transport network.
