When I read Malcolm Gladwell’s The Tipping Point – How Little Things Make a Big Difference I really wanted to produce an article about it.
But it never happened. Now, 25 years after he’d published that book, he returned to the subject with more case studies and more reflections in a new book, titled Revenge of the Tipping Point – Overstories, Superspreaders, and the Rise of Social Engineering.
